www.scouthistory.org.uk is collecting scouting memorabilia for a collection in the Vale of Mowbray Scout District, North Yorkshire. Items in the collection may be displayed in schools, libraries, shops or museums in and around the Vale of Mowbray and North Yorkshire. There are plans to publish a history of scouting in the the local area during the centenary of Scouting in 2007.
